Agneska Bloch is a PhD student in political theory. Her research interests include historical injustice, reparations, resistance, colonialism, empire, postcolonial political theory, and normative political theory. Prior to coming to the University of Chicago, Agneska worked in foreign policy with a focus on Europe at the Brookings Institution. She received her BA in philosophy from Northwestern University in 2019.
