MAPSS is an intense, intellectually transformative one-year program.
You can deepen your disciplinary training in one of our established concentrations or create your own individualized curriculum.
Every student is assigned a preceptor, a PhD candidate who serves as advisor, editor, and academic coach.
MAPSS places more students for funded PhD study than any MA program in the world.
CIR has a remarkable track record both in placing students into the world’s best doctoral programs and in sending them on to professional success.
