
Sebastian Quiroz is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Political Science, focusing on political theory. His primary research interests are in democratic theory and anti-colonial thought and he is interested in thinking about the ways that historical anti-colonial struggles are generative of more robust account of democratic justice. Prior to coming to the University of Chicago, Sebastian was working as the Fellowships Coordinator in the Office of International Programs at Princeton University, where he also completed his undergraduate education. He also holds a master’s degree in Political Science from McGill University.
