Randall Conway is a Ph.D. candidate in International Relations at the University of Chicago.  He studies great power politics, nuclear weapons strategy, and nuclear nonproliferation.  More specifically, Randall focusses on how great powers set and enforce rules in the international system.

Before Coming to UChicago, he graduated valedictorian at the Colin Powel School at the City College of New York, earning a degree in Political Science and Philosophy.  Before attending college, he served in the United States Air Force.
