Zikai Li is a PhD candidate in political science at the University of Chicago, where he's jointly enrolled in the MS program in statistics. He studies political behavior and applied research methodology. His methodological work develops data-adaptive experimental designs and refines quasi-experimental methods for evaluating policy impacts. His substantive projects examine the political economy of industrial policies in the United States.
